We are seeking a Worship Leader who will work directly with the Worship & Production Director to foster a holistic worship experience at A Jesus Church.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to the mission and values of AJC

• Living within the character qualifications of 1 Timothy 3v1-13.

• A passion for prayer, encounter, and worship.

• Experience leading worship, arranging bands, and working with musical worship and musicians.

• An expressed calling to a ministerial role in the Church.

• Multi-talented musician/singer.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to be a good teammate who partners in problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, and manages multiple priorities effectively.

• Organized, responsible, action-oriented, and detail-oriented.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changes and last-minute needs.
