We are seeking a Preschool Director & Lead Teacher to oversee and cultivate a mid-week recorded preschool at A Jesus Church, serving children from toddler age through pre-kindergarten. This role combines classroom teaching with the leadership of volunteers and the management of preschool operations, ensuring that families experience both quality early education and a welcoming, faith-centered environment.

• Living within the character qualifications of 1 Timothy 3v1-13.

• A heart for ministry and seeing young children grow in their knowledge of God’s love.

• Flexibility, creativity, and a joyful spirit.

• Ability to collaborate with church staff and participate in the life of the church community.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool teaching and/or administration.

• Knowledge of early childhood development, curriculum planning, and classroom management.
