We are seeking a Creative Support team member to help shape and steward the visual and storytelling elements of A Jesus Church. This role plays a key part in crafting environments—both digital and physical—where people can experience the presence of God through beauty, truth, and creative expression. As a hands-on creative, you will produce content across various mediums including video, photography, and digital design, all in alignment with the mission and message of AJC. Working closely with the Operations Director and Communications Support, you will bring projects to life with artistic excellence, ensuring that every creative expression reflects the heart of Jesus and draws people deeper into His story.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

• Mature disciple of Jesus, evidenced in their whole life.

• Living within the character qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 v1-13.

• Align with AJC’s theology and values.

• Participate in community at AJC.

• Strong grasp of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling principles

• Experience with event, portrait, and lifestyle photography (especially in dynamic, low-light environments like worship gatherings)

• Experience in design, illustration, and photomanipulation.

• Experience in digital marketing and communications, especially within a non-profit or church setting.

• Experience with Adobe applications (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
