the Path

Tim McDonald // June 18, 2023

We’re all in process.

Becoming something.
Like a potter throwing clay or an artist mixing color, our lives are being formed.
Different backgrounds and experiences, blemished and cracked...
Each day an opportunity to move into or out of all that God has purposed.
So the question isn’t if we are becoming...
But rather, who are we becoming.

And in this family, we want to go on the journey of becoming like Jesus...

Together.

The end is here… of Luke anyway. But actually, it’s just the beginning. Luke shows us the power of God and the power of witness so that people can encounter the risen Jesus. We are encouraged to see God’s activity drawing us to Jesus - even when it’s hard for us to see what’s real. This sets the tone for the Book of Acts, which is the next part of Luke’s writings, and it draws us into the story as those to whom Luke is a witness and who are now in the shoes of being a witness.
